What can you expect during the Acceleration Program

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND REVENUE TRACTION
During the Active Acceleration phase of the program, the GPs will work with the startups on their revenue acceleration strategy. It may include revisiting your goto market strategy and then opening up conversations within their close networks to forge new business relationships.
On an average the GPs are expected to spend dedicated time of 2-3 hours per week with the startup working with them in their revenue acceleration.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Before they open up their close network the GPs may spend some time with the startup on their Product - its current state and future development roadmap.
The startup can use the GP inputs to improve or develop their product, positioning and pricing plans.


MARKET ACCESS
If you are looking at growing in International Markets then choose a GP who can help you scale your product in the markets you are targeting.
G.A.I.N may organise some trips or trade fairs (either directly or in partnership with someone) to help you establish direct exposure and initial connects there.
INVESTMENT
Though the primary focus of G.A.I.N is growth acceleration, we do understand the importance of Capital for growth.
Therefore, G.A.I.N plans to organise 2 Demo Days during the Active Acceleration period (tentatively expected in the months of November 2022 and April 2022)
Apart from this G.A.I.N and its GPs will try to introduce you to VC and Corporate investors on a case to case basis for 1-on-1 interactions.


VISIBILITY
G.A.I.N will work with you to create more visibility for your company and product in two ways
1. Media Interactions: as and when possible to give quotes or explain your product/perspective
2. Speaking Opportunities: wherever possible based on themes of events
* Participation in these are never guaranteed. Also, coverage and acceptance may be entirely at discretion of the Media/Event planner.
MEETUPS [OPTIONAL]
We plan to conduct Meetups in larger cities that will be pre-organised for potential investors, partners and customers to have a free flowing open conversation with the Cohort Batch.
* Participation in these Meetups will be optional and additional charges may apply


FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT [OPTIONAL]
Get access to competent expertise in Corporate Support functions like Legal, Audit, Compliances, HR, Finance/Accounting as needed
