ELIGIBILITY for Cohort 2022
1. Indian Startups with product market fit and demonstrable revenues or customer traction.
Note: Our GPs are more effective to add value after startups have gained some customer validation and have already crossed an INR 50 Lakhs Revenue (or Revenue Run rate) threshold.
2. Startups operating in India in the following Sectors

Emerging Tech / Deep Tech
HealthTech

COMMERCIALS
We make money when you make money
G.A.I.N Commercials are essentially Revenue Share from the business we help you generate. Aside of this we charge a small Acceleration fees for the year you are in active acceleration program. We also seek a right to invest in your company (at a discount) when you raise your next big round after you grow.

Cohort 2022 Fee Structure
Revenue Share of 20%
(only for all new business generated through us; for first 3 years from when revenue begins to be accounted )Acceleration Fees of INR 50,000 per month for the active Acceleration Period (1 year) ^
Fund Raise Fees of 3% on raising funding through G.A.I.N Demo Days or through any funding introductions made by G.A.I.N or any of the GPs
* G.A.I.N shall reserve a right to co-invest at a certain valuation discount in your next funding round.
^ Applicable for companies with minimum revenue of INR 50 lakhs
